Sir Elgin Tracy has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Soldier in the US Army from 2003 to 2007. Sir Elgin then served as the Regional Vice President of Business Development at HLI Energy Services Inc. from 2010 to 2012. Following that, they were a Rodeo Cowboy for the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association from 2001 to 2013. Sir Elgin held the position of Managing Partner at Alpha Energy Services, Inc. from 2011 to 2014 and was the CEO of Tracy Rail Services from 2013 to 2019. From 2017 to 2018, they were the Managing Partner at Foremen Electric Company. Sir Elgin also worked as a PPE Manufacturer at PPE Manufacture SA from 2019 to 2021. Presently, they hold the position of President at Alpha Digital Energy since 2022 and previously served as the Head of Operations and Chief Operating Officer at Maddox Defense.

Sir Elgin Tracy attended Texas State University from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Construction Management. Before that, they attended Floresville High School. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained TWIC certification from the Port of Houston Authority in August 2016. Sir Elgin also received PEC Safe Land certification from Texas A&M University in 2013. In August 2019, they acquired certifications as a Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) Instructor and Trainer in Confined Space, both from Texas A&M University.
