Leon Bloomer

Leon Bloomer has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Maddox Industrial Transformer since December 2016, where previous roles included Director of Operations and Shop Foreman. Prior to this, Leon worked at Multnomah County Drainage District from October 2011 to December 2016 as Crew Leader, overseeing a team dedicated to maintaining levee systems and protecting the North Portland community. Responsibilities included managing daily operations and ensuring compliance with Army Corps standards for multiple drainage districts.
