Eric Theriault, P. Eng has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Eric currently serves as the VP of Engineering, Innovation & Quality at MADE BY GATHER, leading global engineering, product innovation, and quality for the kitchenware manufacturer. Previously, Eric worked as a Management Engineering and Products Development consultant at Theriault Innovation Management, where they provided support, improvements, and implementation for LEAN engineering and new product development processes. Eric also served as the Senior Vice President of Engineering and Product Development at Powerside, a power intelligence company, and as the Head of Engineering at Dana TM4, where they managed the electrification of transport and implemented agile processes. Eric has also held roles as a board member at Camion Bien Connectes, the chair of the CSA c22.2 No.113 C234(113) Committee at CSA Standard, and as the Global R&D Director for Electronic Technologies at Broan-Nutone-Venmar-BEST S.P.A. and Venmar. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Services R&D Manager and QA Compliance IT Manager at Tyco Fire Products and Tyco Safety Products-Kantech, respectively. Eric obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electric-Electronic Engineering from ETS University in 2014. Eric further enhanced their skills by completing the IoT Product Manager program at Tech Product Management in Stanford in 2017.
