Kaz Brecher

Kaz Brecher serves as a Leadership, Teaming and Culture Strategist & Designer at Matter since June 2023, while also founding Curious Catalyst, Inc. in January 2013, which focuses on applying innovative strategies to urban challenges. Additionally, Kaz holds positions as an Innovation Strategist for Made By Us, Senior Consultant and Leadership Facilitator at ThinkHuman, and Senior Workshop Facilitator at Experience Institute, all while contributing as a Fellow of the RSA. With roles in Future Architects and as a Core Challenge Faculty member at THNK, Kaz also co-founded OuiSi Inc. and previously worked as a Senior Facilitator at NOBL Collective. Educational credentials include a B.A. in Psychology from Stanford University and a Fellowship from THNK School of Leadership in innovation and social impact.
