Peter Johnson has extensive work experience in the furniture and interior design industry. Peter started their career as a Culture & Diversity Officer at the University of the Arts London in 2010. Peter then worked as a Furniture Assistant at Habitat London from 2011 to 2012. After that, Peter joined The Furniture Union as a Sales and Design Assistant for a short period.

In 2012, Peter joined MADE.COM where they held various roles. Peter started as a Furniture Showroom Assistant and quickly progressed to become a Showroom Team Leader, responsible for managing a team and ensuring excellent customer service. Peter then became a Soho Showroom Manager, overseeing multiple pop-up showrooms and leading the development of new showrooms and shop layouts.

In 2017, Peter briefly worked as a Buyer Account Manager at eporta., an online B2B marketplace. Peter promoted the platform and its features to trade buyers, interior designers, and architects.

Peter returned to MADE.COM in 2017 as a Soho Showroom Manager on maternity leave cover. Peter later transitioned to a role as a Showroom Coordinator, providing support for showrooms across the UK and European markets.

In 2021, Peter was promoted to Senior Showroom Marketing Executive at MADE.COM. In this role, they managed marketing assets for all showrooms, coordinated showroom studio briefs, and supported client development projects. Peter also played a key role in managing global event activations for showrooms in various markets.

Currently, Peter is working as a Marketing Manager at MADE.COM, where they are responsible for managing showroom marketing briefs, implementing marketing strategies, and supporting new business initiatives for the Trade professionals network.

Throughout their career, Peter has demonstrated strong attention to detail, project management skills, and a focus on customer service.

Peter Johnson attended St. Edwards Church of England Comprehensive from 1999 to 2006, where they completed their GCSE's and A-Levels. Peter then went on to attend the University of the Arts London from 2006 to 2010, earning a BA Hons degree in Interior and Spatial Design.
