Lenin Bala

Lenin Bala has worked in various roles since 2007. Lenin started their career as a Software Engineer at Infosys in 2007. In 2009, they became a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the Spears School of Business - Oklahoma State University. In 2010, they took on the role of Web Developer at Oklahoma State University. From 2011 to 2021, they worked at Oriental Trading Company, A Berkshire Hathaway Company, first as a Senior Advanced Analytics Analyst, then as a Marketing Statistician, and finally as a Customer Analyst. In 2021, they joined Made In Cookware as the Senior Director of Marketing Analytics.

Lenin Bala obtained a Bachelor of Technology - BTech in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University between 2003 and 2007. Lenin then went on to pursue a Master of Science - MS in Management Information Systems, General at Oklahoma State University, which they completed in 2011. In addition, they have obtained four certifications from SAS, including the SAS Certified Advanced Programmer for SAS 9, SAS Certified Predictive Modeler Using SAS Enterprise Miner, SAS/OSU Data Mining Certificate, and SAS Certified Base Programmer for SAS 9, which they obtained in 2010 and 2011.
