Anton Petrov is an accomplished chef and educator specializing in plant-based cuisine, with extensive experience in culinary instruction and restaurant management. Since founding Chef Anton Petrov in September 2018, Anton has also contributed to Potager London and Made In Hackney as a lead chef tutor, developing and delivering innovative vegan cooking classes and masterclasses. Previous roles include Head Chef at West Six Garden Cafe, transforming it into a successful community-focused establishment, and chef tutor positions at CNM College of Naturopathic Medicine and Harborne Food School, modernizing curriculum and enhancing menu offerings. Anton holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Latvijas Universitate, completed in 2009.
