Sara Shah has a diverse work experience that spans various roles in the vegan and healthy food industry.

Sara started their career as a self-employed Vegan Retreat Chef and Consultant in 2016. In this role, they worked independently with companies to create innovative products for the vegan and free-from market. Sara provided services such as working on events and retreats as a chef, running workshops on healthy eating and vegan cooking, designing recipes, conducting product testing and market research, and providing recommendations on existing products.

In 2021, Sara joined Made In Hackney as an Enterprise Manager and Client Manager, although specific details about these roles are not provided.
