Kim Oelschlager has several years of experience in various roles in the retail and styling industry. In 2010, they worked as an Outside Sales Representative for The Brenmar Company. From 2011 to 2012, they served as a Store Manager at Southern Blu Style Boutique. In 2013, they held the position of Marketing Manager at Two Chic Blvd and Marketing/PR Manager for the Blake Nelson Real Estate team. In 2014, they worked as a Sales Associate at Nordstrom. In 2017, they were a Health and Wellness Consultant at MaxLife Weightloss & Body Balancing, and later that year, they became a Stylist at clair de lune lingerie boutique magnifique. In 2018, they became self-employed as an Independent Stylist and also worked as a Retail Sales Manager and Head Trainer at Made in KC. Furthermore, in 2015, they served as a Stylist at The Headshot Studio KC, where they ensured a pleasant and enjoyable headshot experience for clients.

Kim Oelschlager attended The University of Kansas from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and Media Studies.
