Michiel van der Zalm currently serves as a Recruiter at MADE Scholarships since September 2023. Prior to this role, Michiel was the Co-owner of PRIMA idee B.V. from October 2016 until December 2021. Michiel holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree with specializations in civil law and international law from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, obtained between 1988 and 1994. Additionally, Michiel completed high school at Orchard View High School in Muskegon, Michigan, U.S.A. in 1988 and attended Sint Vituscollege Bussum from 1981 to 1987.
