Cheryl Kitson is a Senior Service Designer and Senior User Researcher at Made Tech, with previous experience at Engine Service Design, Landsec, IDEX Accelerator, genieology, EwC, Livework studio, Publicis Sapient, The BIO Agency, and Lloyds Banking Group. Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Emily Carr University of Art and Design, as well as a Certificate in Interactive Project Management from The University of British Columbia.
