Dan Healy

Dan Healy is an experienced professional in interaction and service design, currently serving as the Head of Interaction and Service Design at Made Tech since January 2024. With a strong commitment to social value, Dan also contributes to Manchester Metropolitan University as a guest speaker, providing guidance to aspiring designers. Over the years, Dan has been an active public speaker at various conferences and events, sharing insights on leadership and design. Dan's previous roles include Head of User Centred Design at Zaizi and the Satellite Applications Catapult, among others. Additionally, Dan is a volunteer mentor for the UK chapter of the User Experience Professionals Association and has recently supported the Cirencester Foodbank. Dan holds a Master of Arts in English Literature from the University of Bristol and has completed further studies in usability, consumer neuroscience, and psychology.
