Sara Christie is a seasoned delivery professional with extensive experience in managing digital projects across various sectors, including the public and charity domains. Currently serving as Delivery Principal and Lead Delivery Manager at Made Tech since April 2022, Sara focuses on modernizing technology and enhancing digital services for public sector leaders. Previous roles include Agile Delivery Manager at Beeks Group, where Sara introduced product delivery management processes, and Senior Digital Delivery Manager at the British Heart Foundation, leading a team responsible for delivering digital products. With a strong foundation in project management and digital consultancy from positions at Vidatec, Webedia Movies Pro, and several charities, Sara holds a BSc in Business and Technology from the University of Strathclyde.
