Katy Pearce has extensive experience in human resources, holding various HR roles at companies such as Made Thought, Ogilvy UK, and AKQA. With a background in international management, Katy has worked as HR Director, Head of Talent Management, and HR Consultant. Katy also has experience in leadership roles, including HR Team Leader and Principal HR Advisor. Katy holds a BA (Hons) in International Management from the University of Hull.
