Alan Barsi

Alan Barsi has extensive experience in various leadership roles within operations and logistics. Alan currently serves as the Vice President of Operational Excellence and Customer Experience at MadeiraMadeira. Prior to this, they worked at Privalia as the COO and Operations Director, where they were responsible for planning, logistics, quality, and customer experience. Alan also held the role of Logistics and Planning Manager, where they managed a team of over 150 employees. Before joining Privalia, Alan worked at Ambev, where they held several positions, including Corporate Logistics Manager and Corporate Planning Specialist, overseeing logistics operations and supply chain planning. Alan also served as a Logistics Manager and Logistics Coordinator, where they implemented improvements in delivery operations. Alan's earlier experience includes a trainee position at Kraft Foods Group.

Alan Barsi has a Master's degree in Génie Industriel from INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon, which they completed from 2008 to 2010. Alan also holds a Bachelor's degree in Engenharia de Produção Mecânica from the Federal University of Ceara, which they obtained from 2005 to 2010. Additionally, they have pursued Executive Education in Project Management Development (PMD) from IESE Business School until 2021 and completed a Master's in Business Logistics from Fundação Dom Cabral in 2015.
