Felipe Hoff

Felipe Hoff has extensive work experience in finance and management roles. Felipe is currently employed as the Chief Financial Officer at MadeiraMadeira since July 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Finance at MadeiraMadeira from August 2022 to July 2023. Felipe also held the position of Diretor financeiro at MadeiraMadeira from December 2019 to August 2022. Before joining MadeiraMadeira, Felipe worked at Mondelēz International as the Sr. Controller Mexico Operations from January 2017 to August 2018. Felipe also served as the Sr Plant Controller at Mondelēz International from April 2015 to December 2016. Additionally, they have experience as a Business Controller at MeadWestvaco, where they worked from July 2011 to March 2015. Prior to this, Felipe worked at Grupo Positivo as the Corporate Manager of Treasury and Finance Planning from May 2010 to August 2011. Felipe also has experience working at AMERICA LATINA LOGISTICA - Argentina as a Finance Manager and Financial Planning Coordinator from January 2009 to April 2010 and November 2006 to December 2008, respectively. Felipe's career started at Philip Morris International, where they worked as a Planning Analyst from November 2005 to November 2006.

Felipe Hoff completed their Bachelor's degree in Administration from Centro Universitário FAE, between 2002 and 2005. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained a Postgraduate degree in Finance from the same institution, between 2005 and 2007.
