Fernando Herculano has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Fernando began their career as a Quality Technician at Robert Bosch in 1997 and worked there until 2002. Fernando then joined Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as an Audit Supervisor, where they planned, analyzed, and executed financial/accounting audits.

In 2010, Herculano transitioned to Ernst & Young, initially as an Audit Manager and then as an Audit Senior Manager. In these roles, they managed client relationships, presented services proposals, and prepared audit reports in accordance with various accounting standards.

In 2018, Herculano took on the role of Controller at Grupo JCR Administração e Participações S.A., where they managed accounting and reporting teams, supported C-level executives in investment decisions and strategies, and oversaw audit reports and KPI reporting.

Currently, Herculano is the Finance and Controllership Director at MadeiraMadeira. In this position, they are responsible for controllership, accounting, tax, finance, and payments. Fernando has led various projects, including conducting due diligence processes for fundraising, implementing new departments, obtaining tax incentives, and creating a logistic subsidiary.

Throughout their career, Herculano has demonstrated skills in financial reporting, internal controls, SOX compliance, and team leadership.

Fernando Herculano has a diverse education history. In 2012-2013, they attended ESIC Business & Marketing School and obtained an MBA in Gestão Empresarial. Prior to that, in 2007, they pursued a Graduação in Ciências Contábeis at SPEI. In 2006, they completed a Pós graduação in Finanças at FAE Centro Universitário, and in 2003, they earned a Graduação in Administração from the same institution. Additionally, Fernando has obtained certifications including Chiefs.Group Certificado de Comunidade de Chiefs, CNAI - Cadastro Nacional de Auditores Independentes from CFC - Conselho Federal de Contabilidade, and CRC - Conselho Regional de Contabilidade from CRC - PR.
