João Kleinschmidt

João Kleinschmidt has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. João currently serves as the Head of New Business and Expansion at MadeiraMadeira. Prior to this, they worked at Rumo as part of the Procurement team, where they were responsible for purchasing rolling stock, operational technology, assets, and managing importation. Before that, they held procurement roles at BRF and was also the Coordinator of Supplies at Rede Globo. João began their career at BRF, where they served in roles of increasing responsibility, including negotiations, partnership management, and supply analysis. Throughout their career, they have achieved significant accomplishments such as cost optimization, contract centralization, and project implementation.

João Kleinschmidt completed their education chronologically as follows:

- From 2015 to 2017, they attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, where they obtained a degree in Strategic Management of Companies with a field of study in Business Administration.

- Between 2010 and 2013, they studied at FAE Centro Universitário and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management.

- In 2011, they undertook a short course in Negotiating with suppliers at Bay Group, focusing on Supply Chain Management and Logistics.

- In 2010, they completed a program in Purchasing and Supplies Management at INESUP.

- Lastly, from 2006 to 2008, they attended Universidade Tuiuti do Paraná, majoring in Journalism.
