Lorena began their career at Bank Boston as a Consultor de Investimentos from July 1996 to July 1997. Lorena then joined HSBC and held several positions including Gerente de Planejamento Comercial and Gerente do Segmento Premier. In their role as Gerente de Marketing, Lorena was responsible for planning and implementing marketing strategies. Lorena later transitioned to a role as Gerente de Produtos, where they were responsible for managing products and identifying areas for improvement. Lorena also served as Gerente de Segmentos - Massificado e Gold, Gerente Sr. Produtos de Crédito Pessoa Física, and Head Qualidade / Customer Experience at HSBC, where they managed customer experience, led teams, and implemented corrective actions. Most recently, Lorena held the position of Head Of Financial Services at MadeiraMadeira, where they oversaw financial operations and customer experience.
Lorena Ordonez completed an MBA in International Business and Foreign Trade Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires' in 2000.
