Jessica Velez

Jessica Velez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and digital marketing. As a Customer Success Associate at MadeMarket since August 2022, Jessica conducts onboarding training and hosts check-in calls to ensure customer satisfaction. As a Co-Founder of Iris Digital Innovations since January 2019, Jessica has developed a mobile application utilized to inspect over 1 million trailers, generating significant savings for clients and achieving a 92% retention rate through effective communication and support. Previously, as the Director of Marketing Communications at ICM Church from May 2014 to August 2022, Jessica drove content creation for a large social media following and led a digital transformation that significantly boosted online donations. Jessica holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership MBA from Oral Roberts University and has completed a Customer Success program at SV Academy.
