David Swallow

David Swallow has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several companies in the food industry. David started their career in 1998 as a Marketing Manager at Moy Park where they worked until 2005. Afterwards, they joined Northern Foods as a Commercial Manager from 2005 to 2007. In 2007, they moved to Bakkavor and held various roles including Commercial Controller and Category Manager until 2021. In 2019, they joined Mademoiselle Desserts UK as a Channel Director and later transitioned to Mademoiselle Desserts as a Sales Director in December 2021.

David Swallow attended The University of Huddersfield from 1992 to 1995, where they earned a degree in History.
