Edouard Sabatié-Garat

Edouard Sabatié-Garat has a strong background in finance and leadership roles. Edouard is currently working as the Group CFO at Mademoiselle Desserts since November 2020. Before that, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Candia (Coopérative Sodiaal) from October 2019 to November 2020. Prior to that, they were the Head of Revenue Management at ANDROS from September 2018 to October 2019. Edouard also held various positions at Andros Foods North America, including Vice President of Operations & B to B Sales from July 2015 to August 2018, and Vice President of Finance - CFO from August 2013 to July 2015. Additionally, they worked as the Director of Group Finance Controlling at ANDROS from March 2011 to July 2013. Edouard started their career at KPMG as a Senior Manager Transaction Services from January 2005 to March 2011. Before that, they worked as a Senior Auditor at PriceWaterhouse Coopers from 2002 to 2005.

Edouard Sabatié-Garat attended Université Paris Dauphine - PSL from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained a degree in MSTCF and DESCF.
