Stefanie Kästle

Stefanie Klaerding is an experienced professional in personnel development and employer branding, currently serving as Leitung Personalentwicklung und Employer Branding at KALDEWEI since April 2024. Prior to this role, Stefanie held the position of Leiterin Personnel Development und Employer Branding der Arbonia Doors Division at Arbonia Gruppe from June 2022 to April 2024, and led personnel development initiatives at Dr. Wolff Group from July 2014 to June 2022.
