Laurent Degravier

Laurent Degravier is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in senior financial leadership roles. Currently serving as Group CFO and CIO at MÄDER GROUP since December 2022, Laurent previously held the position of Head of Group FP&A at Arc from March 2019 to November 2022, where responsibilities included financial monitoring, team management, and strategic goal tracking. Prior to that, Laurent spent several years at Auchan Retail in various leadership roles, including Head of Group Reporting and Director of Management Control for Purchase Activities, overseeing vast reporting scopes and managing teams. Early career experience includes roles at SNCF Participations, where Laurent managed financial operations for substantial turnover, and as Business Controller at Axa Belgium. Laurent's educational background includes a Master's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from NEOMA Business School and a DSCG in Accounting, Finance, and Law from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers.
