Rick Lagnese has a diverse work experience with various roles in the gaming industry and sales. Rick started as a Manufacturer Sales Rep for Davaco Inc. from September 2007 to August 2010. Rick then worked as a Community Manager for Warhorse Studios from March 2016 to March 2019, where they played a key role in presenting and promoting the game Kingdom Come: Deliverance. Rick then joined Cellular Sales in November 2010 and served as an Account Manager and Wireless Consultant until December 2019, where they coached and mentored sales reps to significantly increase revenue. In 2019, they became the Public Relations Manager at Fextralife, and in 2022, they co-founded Webvio. Currently, Rick is working as the Director of Communications and Public Relations at MADFINGER Games, a.s. since October 2023.

Rick Lagnese has a high school diploma from Odyssey High School, which they obtained from 1996 to 2000. In addition, they attended Monroe Community College in 2000, where they pursued a degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences. Rick has also obtained various certifications, including "High Impact Presentations" from Dale Carnegie Training in 2016, "7 Habits of Highly Effective People" from Stephen R. Covey Leadership Center in 2015, and "The One Minute Manager" from The Ken Blanchard Companies in 2002.
