Jeff Vail

Jeff Vail is the current Director of Product at MadHive. Jeff has over 7 years of experience in the field of media and marketing, with a focus on product management.

Jeff started their career as a Broadcast Account Manager at Cox Media Group, where they managed the in-house functions of an intermediary company that bridges hundreds of national television broadcast stations with NYC-area media agencies. This involved the personal management and coordination of hundreds of broadcast spot orders across 24 different national markets.

In 2014, Jeff moved to Publicis Media, where they took on the role of Senior Product Manager. In this role, they were responsible for interacting with multiple station personnel and media buyers on a daily basis, balancing and prioritizing several hundred active, time-sensitive orders that are constantly changing. Jeff also made sales calls and client relationship meetings at NYC based media agencies.

In September 2019, Jeff joined MadHive as the Director of Product. In this role, they are responsible for leading the product team and defining the product roadmap. Jeff is also responsible for managing relationships with key partners and clients.

Jeff Vail received their MBA in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and their B.A. in Marketing, Film & Television Studies from the University of Vermont.

Jeff Vail reports to Craig Berlingo, Chief Product Officer. Jeff Vail works with Adam Prince - Product Documentation Manager, Margaret Baxter - Associate Product Manager, and Sam Esposito - Associate Product Manager.
