Alaa Elkilany

Alaa Elkilany has a diverse background in Human Resources, including experience with Magnology Online magazine, MNHD, HSBC, WTO, and Enactus Cairo University. Currently, Alaa is the Compensation Planning & OD Manager at MNHD, with expertise in recruitment, compensation planning, and organizational development. Additionally, Alaa has held roles such as Senior Human Resources Specialist, HR Business Partner, HR Analyst, Organizational Development Specialist, and Human Resources Officer in various capacities. During their time at Enactus Cairo University, Alaa led the Human Resources Department to achieve professionalism and low turnover rates, overseeing multiple teams and achieving organizational development goals.
