Mariam Ayad

Mariam Ayad is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent development, currently serving as Vice President of Culture & People at Madinet Masr. Previous roles include Director of Culture and People and Talent Acquisition & Development Manager at the same company. Mariam also held the position of Human Resources Director at the National Training Academy and was an HR Business Partner at CEMEX, where additional responsibilities included HR & Recruitment Advisor and Training & Development Specialist. Mariam began their career as Assistant Corporate Supervisor at Thomas Cook Overseas Limited. Educationally, Mariam earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Ain Shams University between 1995 and 1999.
