As Regional Property Manager, John Spaeder oversees the operations and management of communities located in Florida, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania. John has more than 6 years of experience in the multifamily industry, all within the Madison Organization. John started his career with Madison in 2013, successfully managing several communities throughout the Philadelphia region prior to joining the corporate team in 2020. Most recently, John oversaw the construction and new development of Madison’s new community, Madison Ellis Preserve. John holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Coastal Carolina University.
