Tim Casper

VP, Student Affairs & Institutional Effectiveness at Madison Area Technical College

Dr. Tim Casper is the vice president for Student Affairs and Institutional Effectiveness at Madison Area Technical College.

In 2016, he led the successful process of the college’s re-accreditation. From 2015 – to 2016, he organized the development and communication of the needs analysis related to the college’s Madison Metro campus facilities. During 2017, Casper led community engagement efforts related to programmatic and facility needs for a new campus in South Madison.

Presently, Casper is leading a college-wide effort to improve student course success by providing faculty with specific student engagement best practices in the classroom.

Casper earned his doctorate from Edgewood College, obtained a master of arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and bachelor of arts from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
