Matthew Ketcham

Matthew Ketcham has extensive experience in educational finance, serving as Treasurer for the Madison-Champaign Educational Service Center since October 2005. Previously, Matthew held leadership roles within the Ohio Association of School Business Officials, including Legislative Committee Chair and Vice Chair from July 2017 to June 2021, as well as Website Committee Chairman from 2010 to 2016. Earlier in Matthew's career, from September 2001 to October 2005, Matthew worked as Assistant Treasurer at Hardin County Educational Service Center, focusing on payroll and additional responsibilities. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The Ohio State University between 1996 and 2001.
