Damon Griggs

Damon Griggs is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leading technology services firms and driving significant growth. Currently serving as CEO and Chairman of Harmonia Holdings Group, LLC since September 2024, and as an Executive Partner at Madison Dearborn Partners, LLC since November 2022, Damon has focused on developing a mid-tier technology services platform for Federal customers. Previous roles include Chief Executive Officer at Dovel Technologies, where Damon grew the company's revenue from $200M to $450M in two years, and senior leadership positions at Alion Science and Technology, where strategic initiatives enhanced revenue and client relationships. Damon began their career by founding Washington Consulting Inc., successfully growing it into a substantial firm before its acquisition. Educational credentials include a BA from Yale University and an MBA from Georgetown University.
