Hilary O'Brien serves as the Coordinator for Social, Emotional & Academic Learning at Madison Elementary School District since July 2023. O'Brien specializes in professional development, teacher evaluations, safe schools, STEM initiatives, data-driven decision making, continuous improvement, and student conduct. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Administration & Supervision from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Towson University. Additionally, O'Brien is pursuing a Master's degree in Administration and Supervision at The Johns Hopkins University.

Founded in 1890, Madison School Elementary District has grown to eight schools with an enrollment of nearly 6,000 students in grades preschool through eighth.
