Currently serving as a Teacher for Madison Elementary School District since June 2022, Leland previously held the position of Professional Development Manager at DreamBox Learning, leading a team and enhancing onboarding processes while managing budgets. Leland’s tenure also includes roles as a Consultant/Program Manager at Renaissance Learning and Instructional Coach within Paradise Valley Unified School District. A strong advocate for collaborative learning and effective communication, Leland has created impactful professional development programs and facilitated innovative teaching strategies. Leland holds a Master of Science in Education, Media Design and Technology from Full Sail University and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Bethany College.

Founded in 1890, Madison School Elementary District has grown to eight schools with an enrollment of nearly 6,000 students in grades preschool through eighth.
