Sarah Speer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience strategy and business consulting. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Strategy Consultant for Arizona Public Service since April 2024, Sarah has also been a Governing Board Member for the Madison Elementary School District since January 2013. Previously, as the owner of Clever Bird Communications, Sarah applied a diverse background in business consulting, public sector, and corporate marketing to provide comprehensive writing services. Additional roles include Business Consultant at Contango Enterprise Solutions and past President of the Madison Education Foundation, where Sarah expanded the organization's impact on arts and music education. With a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Claremont McKenna College, Sarah's early career included various marketing roles at Sprint from 1997 to 2002.

Founded in 1890, Madison School Elementary District has grown to eight schools with an enrollment of nearly 6,000 students in grades preschool through eighth. During our more than 125-year history we have remained focused on our commitment to educating Arizona’s children and preparing them for the future.
