Alec Svoboda

Alec Svoboda is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Madison Energy Infrastructure since April 2024. Prior to this role, Alec held multiple positions at Sun Tribe from March 2019 to April 2024, including Senior Development Engineer, Development Engineer, and Project Engineer. Alec's early experience includes work as a Research Assistant at the University of Oulu, where a solar photovoltaic array was designed for a hotel retreat, and as a Summer Intern at the same institution, contributing to promotional materials for renewable energy projects. Earlier in the career, Alec worked as a Field Test Leader at Airtech Environmental Services Inc. and as a Production Technician at Vitrolife. Alec holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Oulu and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Ithaca College.
