Danae Junakin

Danae Junakin is an experienced professional in employee relations, currently serving as the Manager of Employee Relations at Madison Gas and Electric since October 2017. In this role, Danae oversees employee experience, engagement, and performance management, while also managing daily employee relations functions and providing support for conflict management and collaboration across the organization. Prior to this position, Danae held roles such as Employee Relations Manager and Senior Human Resources Partner at Madison Gas and Electric, and worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Dean Clinic, specializing in various leave management programs. Danae also has a background in coaching as the Head Swim Coach for the Wisconsin Dells Dolphins. Danae holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Business from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
