Matthew Flanigan

Matthew Flanigan, MBA, currently serves as the Manager of Gas Construction and Operations at Madison Gas and Electric, a position held since April 2017. Prior to this role, Flanigan accumulated extensive experience at InterCon Construction, where responsibilities included sourcing and procurement as Purchasing Manager and overseeing qualifications for operators. Earlier positions at InterCon included Engineering Technician and Utility Foreman, where Flanigan focused on designing gas and electric system projects and managing installations under stringent regulations. Flanigan holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Edgewood College and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin.
