Rick Moling

Rick Moling has extensive experience in fleet management, currently serving as the Manager of Fleet Operations at Madison Gas and Electric since February 2015, where responsibilities encompass overseeing a diverse fleet of over 430 vehicles and equipment. Prior to this role, Rick held the position of Fleet Manager at the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for 12 years, managing a fleet exceeding 1,200 vehicles. Rick also managed the fleet for the Wisconsin Department of Administration, overseeing a large fleet of over 2,400 vehicles and emphasizing customer relations. Earlier in Rick's career, experience was gained as a Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor for the City of Sun Prairie, and as a Technician at Ryder Transportation. Rick holds an Associate's degree in Diesel Mechanics Technology from Madison Area Technical College.
