Eric Young

Eric Young currently serves as Group President at Filtration Group, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Eric spent over a decade at AAR, where significant leadership positions included Senior Vice President | General Manager for MRO Distribution and Vice President | General Manager for Nordisk Aviation Products, focusing on business growth, team development, and organizational restructuring. Earlier experience includes investment roles with Paine Schwartz Partners and Goldman, Sachs & Co., where Eric specialized in financial analyses, mergers, and acquisitions. Eric began their career at Del Monte Foods and L.E.K. Consulting. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University.
