Karen Geiger

Karen Geiger is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and management within the energy recovery and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the President of the Energy Recovery Group at Madison Air since January 2023, Karen also holds a membership at Chief, an organization for women in executive roles, since May 2022. Prior experience includes significant roles at Therma-stor as General Manager of Phoenix Restoration Equipment, as well as Vice President and Director of Operations. Karen has also worked in key scheduling and planning positions at Siemens Water Technologies, Enerpac, and Parker Hannifin. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
