Katie E.

Katie E. has gained extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Katie most recently worked at Madison Industries as the Director of Human Resources since September 2020. Prior to that, they held the same position at Specified Air Solutions Holdings LLC from October 2018 to September 2020, where they led the HR function for 800 employees across multiple locations. Before that, they were the Human Resources Manager at PoolPak from May 2016 to July 2017, and also held a combined Accounting and Human Resources role at the same company from May 2012 to May 2016.

Katie E. completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communications, Arts and Sciences at Penn State University from 2008 to 2012. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Development at Villanova University, which they completed from 2014 to 2016. Katie E. also obtained two additional certifications: they became a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HRCI in 2013 and received the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in 2015.
