Bill Coleman

Bill Coleman joined Madison Marquette in 2011 to oversee the Mercato and the other Naples properties, and has recently moved to the Florida regional office, where he has assumed responsibility for operations, management, and leasing activities for the third party portfolio.

Beginning his career with The Rouse Company, Bill spent 15 years managing prestigious shopping centers such as Lenox Square, Town Center at Boca Raton, Perimeter Mall, and The Summit Birmingham. During this time, he gained substantial management and leasing oversight experience and was in charge of 14 malls and 45 strip centers. Over the last 30 years, he has served as vice president and group manager for The Rouse Company, senior vice president of retail for Aronov Realty, regional vice present for CPI, vice president of leasing and asset management for AIG Baker and vice president of asset management for Bayer Properties.

Bill is originally from Houston, Texas, and received his bachelor’s degree in government from the University of Texas. He has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers for over 25 years and has held the Certified Shopping Center Manager designation since 1984.
