Josh Anderson

Josh Anderson leads Madison Marquette’s Excess Corporate Assets investment program (Lemonade), and co-leads the firm’s Capital Markets practice. For more than 20 years, Josh has been a trusted advisor to both investors and operators, helping them both raise and deploy equity, restructure debt, and set capital and business strategy, and touching a a wide range of real estate property types, including retail, multifamily, industrial, office, industrial, hotel and resorts, senior housing, condominiums, commercial and residential land, homebuilding, golf and timeshare.

After earning a B.A. from Harvard University, Josh began his career in the public sector, including three years in New York City government. He also earned an M.B.A. from Stanford University. Josh is a member the Urban Land Institute and serves on the Washington State Advisory Board of the Trust for Public Land.
