Salime Yacoubi

As Managing Director, Investments, Salime leads Madison Marquette’s senior living investments nationwide. In this capacity, Salime’s responsibilities include originating and structuring, acquisition due diligence, transaction execution, capital raising, and asset management of senior living opportunities.

Before joining Madison Marquette, Salime was Head of International Real Estate with Capitas, a boutique investment bank based in Dubai, where he executed $130M of senior living investments on behalf of several off-shore investment institutions. Before that, Salime lived in Qatar where he held leadership positions with several sovereign-related institutions that transacted and managed over $2 Billion of real estate assets globally.

Salime received a B.S. from the University of Colorado and an MBA from The George Washington University. He is an active member of the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate (AFIRE) and the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care (NIC). He lives with his family in Northern Virginia.
