Michael Azzarello

Michael Azzarello is an experienced professional in civil and environmental engineering with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Currently serving as an Engineering Project Coordinator and Loan Administrator at Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District since July 2020, Michael previously worked as a Project Engineer at Strand Associates from July 2014 to September 2019, where a variety of roles in design and project execution were undertaken to enhance infrastructure in Wisconsin and Illinois. Earlier experiences include internships at McClure Engineering, focusing on topographic survey data and AutoCAD drafting, and at CETCO, where contributions to green roofing technologies and stormwater management were made. Additionally, Michael has a background in lifeguarding and swim instruction at Mundelein Park District.
