Erin Pennington has extensive experience in program and project management within the medical and events industries. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Madison Performance Group since August 2021, Erin previously held the role of Program Manager for Medical Therapeutics Groups at Paradigm Medical Communications, LLC from July 2020 to July 2021. Erin's career at Madison Performance Group began in September 2014 as a Project Manager focusing on Meeting and Event Operations. Prior experience includes a Program Manager position in Global Meeting Planning at Meetings & Incentives Worldwide, Inc. and a Senior Project Manager role in Meeting Planning at McVeigh Associates, Ltd. Erin also worked as an Executive Assistant to the Style Director at Saks Fifth Avenue early in the career.
