David Ross has a strong background in product innovation and marketing within the beauty industry. David began their career at Estee Lauder as a summer intern, conducting consumer research and managing inventories for professional equipment. David then worked at the New England Consulting Group as a project manager, where they conducted research for clients such as Nabisco and Heinz. From there, they went on to work at Avon Products as a marketing manager, overseeing merchandising plans and forecasting sales. David later joined L'Oreal USA as a senior marketing manager and director, where they implemented strategies to drive growth for the Redken haircare brand. David then joined Avon Latin America as a regional marketing manager, focusing on product innovation and brand expansion. David continued their career at L'Oreal Brazil as the head of marketing for L'Oreal Professionnel, leading all marketing, PR, and event initiatives. David also founded Vivencia Brand Expansion Brazil, providing consultative services for U.S. cosmetics companies seeking to expand or strengthen their position in Brazil.
