Board Governance

The Board Governance team at Madison Reed is responsible for overseeing the company's strategic direction and ensuring adherence to best practices in corporate governance. They provide guidance on company policies, foster diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives through the Consulting Resident, and work collaboratively to enhance stakeholder value while aligning with the company’s mission of transforming the at-home hair color experience.
