Yonah Weiss

Yonah Weiss has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Yonah began their career in 2010 as the President, co-founder, and director of Shoshanas Hoamokim, a charity organization in Jerusalem, Israel. In 2015, they became the Principal of YB Holdings LLC, where they focused on real estate investment, including single-family fix-and-flips and multi-family long-term holds.

In 2016, Weiss joined Synergy Real Estate as the EVP Business Development, where they cultivated relationships with over 200 real estate development companies and private investors. Yonah also worked as a licensed Realtor at Synergy Real Estate.

In 2017, Weiss joined Madison SPECS as the Business Director, aiding clients in tax savings through cost segregation. Yonah also worked at Madison Title Agency, LLC as the Regional Business Director, overseeing title services for a range of transactions nationwide.

Weiss's entrepreneurial spirit led him to found Real Estate Connections - Virtual Meetup, a virtual gathering focused on multifamily real estate investing in 2020. Also in 2020, they started their own podcast, Weiss Advice Podcast, where they interview successful people for their insights on business and life.

Additionally, Weiss has been involved in various investment and consulting roles. Yonah became an investor and early believer in the Bizfluence app in 2021. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Real Estate Consultant at BlockCrowd Financial Group. Yonah also contributed to BTank Magazine as a Contributor in 2018.

Yonah Weiss completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in History/Judaic Studies from San Diego State University from 1998 to 2002. From 2002 to 2016, they pursued Jewish Law and Metaphysics at Emek HaChochma. Additionally, they studied Torah at Yeshivas Aish Hatorah from 2000 to 2007 and briefly attended The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2000-2001. Yonah also obtained certifications in "The Marketing of Cool" from LinkedIn in 2020 and became a licensed realtor through the Israeli Ministry of Justice in 2017.
